IND is served by several major airlines, including American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, and United Airlines and offers nonstop flights to over 45 domestic and international destinations.

Indianapolis International Airport is easily accessible from I-70, leading to the terminal access road that loops counterclockwise in front of the terminal. IND has 1 main passenger terminal with 2 concourses, A and B, with separate security checkpoints for both.
Airport parking is located inside the terminal access road, along with the rental car facility and other ground transportation services.
Passenger arrivals is located on the lower level of the terminal, with the baggage claim carousels, passport control, and customs for international arrivals. A USO Lounge can be found near the Baggage Service Offices, and a pedestrian bridge is available for access to the terminal parking garage.
Once passengers have checked in at the ticketing desks on the upper level, they’ll proceed into the Civic Plaza. Here there’s a good selection of shops and restaurants and 2 security checkpoints at the entrances to Concourse A and Concourse B.
Once inside the secure area, passengers can move between the 2 concourses via the concourse connector without needing to reclear security again.
Concourse A is located at the southern end of the terminal and has 20 gates numbered A2 to A8, A10 to A17, and A20 to A25.
There are 2 sets of moving walkways to aid passengers in traveling to their gate, and there’s a Delta Sky Club just after security.

Concourse B is at the northern end of the terminal and consists of 20 gates numbered B3 to B10, B12 to B17, and B20 to B25. There’s a good selection of shops and restaurants, including a Shake Shack and a Starbucks.
IND is not a huge airport, and with the terminal connected to the departure concourses, walking is the only way to get around. Both concourses are accessible from the Civic Plaza on the upper level, and passengers can walk between the 2 concourses once inside the secure area.
The 2 furthest gates are 0.5 miles apart, with moving walkways available to assist passengers with the journey to their gate.
IND has 2 security checkpoints, with 1 located at the entrance of each concourse.

IND has dedicated TSA PreCheck lanes at Checkpoint A, available from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m.
There is also a TSA PreCheck Enrollment Center located in the Civic Plaza just outside the entrance to Concourse B. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Once approved, you’ll receive a Known Traveler Number that will enable you to use TSA PreCheck lanes at any U.S. airport.
Global Entry kiosks are located at IND for expedited clearance of passengers arriving into the U.S. from international flights.
Once an application has been submitted, the applicant will need to arrange an interview at an enrollment center. There’s no enrollment center at IND with the closest located at South Bend International Airport (SBN).

Onward transport services are accessible from either the Ground Transportation Center on level 1 of the parking garage or from outside arrivals on the lower level.
These depart and arrive from the Ground Transportation Center across the roadway from the terminal:
Take I-70 W to Decatur Township and use the right 2 lanes to take Exit 68 Ronald Reagan Parkway/Ameriplex Parkway. Keep right and continue onto Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive for access to the terminal.
Take I-69 S for around 135 miles and use the right 3 lanes to take Exit 200 I-465 S towards I-465 S/I-69/IN-37 S. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for I-465 S/IN-37 before merging onto I-465 S/I-69/IN-37 S. Use the right 2 lanes to take Exit 9 for I-70 W towards St Louis/Indpls Int’l Airport. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Indianapolis International Airport.
Official Airport Parking
There is a variety of airport parking options available for IND passengers, located either outside of the terminal or further away inside the terminal access road.
Hourly parking is available in the parking garage opposite the main terminal on level 3 and costs $2 for every 30 minutes of parking.
Daily parking is available on all floors of the terminal parking garage and costs $20 per day.
The parking garage provides covered parking (excluding roof parking on the top floor) and has a maximum clearance height of 8 feet 2 inches.
If you require parking for a longer duration, then the airport surface lots provide the most economical options.
The Park & Walk Lot is located beyond the parking garage and costs $14 per day. Passengers can walk between the parking lot and terminal in around 8 to 9 minutes, with no shuttle service available.
The Economy Parking Lot is situated behind the Park & Walk Lot and is accessible via the courtesy shuttle service from the Ground Transportation Center. Economy parking costs $9 per day.
Valet parking is available in the parking garage on level 3 and costs $27 per day.
Frequent flyers can prebook parking and earn free parking points by joining the airport’s parkIND Plus Program.
Curbside drop-off and pick-up are available on the upper and lower levels of the terminal roadways.
Off-site hotels provide hotel and parking packages that are useful for passengers that require overnight airport accommodation prior to or following their flight.
